What is RDL: 40 Days RDL is a way of making a directed retreat in the midst of daily life. It comprises an individual’s commitment of personal devotional time and a weekly group spiritual direction session (1.5-2 hours) during the 40 days period.
Who is this for?
Anyone who wants to deepen their relationship with Jesus by committing 20-30mins each day in his/her prayer and devotion life, and willing to share one’s weekly walk with Jesus in a group of 3-5 people.

- Develop a purposeful and structured approach of devotional life in 40 days
- Walk with Christ’s suffering and be more prepared to celebrate Good Friday and Easter
- Grow in the art of discernment and experience power of a soulful community through group spiritual direction
Frequency:
- Attend one Lent Orientation (Feb. 15, 2023)
- Practice 40 days of reading the Scripture each day (material provided)
- Attend 6 weekly Group Spiritual Direction (1.5-2 hour)
- Attend a closure session (big group)
Duration: 40 Days during Lent (Feb. 22- April 6, 2023 or according to church’s desirable schedule)
Platform: Zoom or Live gathering
Suggested honorarium: $1400- 1600 first cohort (each extra cohort $1200)
