What is retreat:
Retreat is where one intentionally creates a sacred space for a particular period, in order to seek God at a deeper level through various forms of spiritual exercises and disciplines so as to deepen one’s love for God and dwell in his presence.
Who: Pastors and ministry directors and leaders
Benefits:
- Deepens a servant leader’s spiritual connection with God through guided spiritual exercises in order to enable the staff serving with a renewed spirit.
- Strengthen the team spirit through guided reflections and sharing.
- A platform to reflect on one’s inner life journey (inward), relationship dynamics (horizonal), relationship with God (upward), and missional living (outward), and daily steps (onward).
Frequency: to be held either at Zoom or Fruit of the Spirit Retreat Center (Stouffville) once a month or bi-monthly.
Duration: 2-4 hours . Can consider beginning in October 2022/ Anytime 2023
Platform: Zoom (within 2 Hrs) or Live (within 3-4 hours @ Church/ Retreat Center)
Suggested honorarium: $250-$300 per session
